Entertaining homeless man harassed by NYC police as crowd gathers in his defense Jul 13, 2011

The man was dancing and playing music to pedestrians on the sidewalk. Two officers approached in a squad car and blared the horn. The man didn't acknowledge the cops or stop so the office got out of the car and proceeded to tell him to stop. The man wouldn't comply so the officer took out his baton stick and was about to use force. The man refused to cooperate so the cop directed to arrest him. They took him down on the ground while the arresting officer called for backup.
