Ever get ID checked at Micky D's? Hey, it could happen.

This cop needs to eat something quick because he is too cranky to keep the peace. The man being questioned, Jose, was waiting for the officer to finish ordering his "food" in the drive-through at a Bronx neighborhood McDonald's, where it is common for people to walk up to the window to place orders once the doors are closed for the night.

Apparently this officer felt threatened with someone behind him while he placed his order. Jose did not try to interrupt the officer's order, he says he wasn't even talking when the cop told him he was "cutting him off."

Here is what Jose experienced in his own words:

That happened in the Bronx, My neighborhood McDonald's where after hours people walk up to the window to order. I went and he was already waiting for his food, he wasn’t ordering. I made sure.

I waited till he was done getting his food, so I was just standing there by the window along with other people there, and he told me, “can I help you? I'm trying to order, you're cutting me off."

I said, "what? I didn’t even say one word. How am I cutting you off?"

He then said “You know what, keep it moving.”

I said ok and walked in front of the McDonald's and waited for him to get his food. After he was done he drove to where I was.

As you can see from the video I was standing far from his car. He came out of his car to stop me.

He was saying I was being “discourteous” and that he was trying to “holla” at me. Later on my friend who was behind the cop car said he was saying “we gonna circle the block and look for that guy.”

So whether I stood there or not he was gonna ticket me cause I live a few blocks up from that McDonald's.

I wasn’t asking him any questions. He was just waiting for his food. I didn’t even place my order cause he was there, to avoid exactly that, but he still gave me a ticket for disorderly conduct.
