At the beginning of the video you can hear one officer of the law telling another to get his taser out. He then says, "If he even flinches shoot his ass."

The man being electrocuted by the officers is already in handcuffs. He poses little to no threat to any member of the community or the officers who are holding him down. Electrocution is a form of torture and must be stopped before more of us are killed or even just hurt by these awful weapons.

It is time to take tasers away from our police officers. Electrocution is inhumane treatment and a violation of our human rights. As a citizen of the USA I DEMAND that weapons used to electrocute humans be removed from the belts of the men and women we pay to protect and SERVE US!
