Two friends walking home at night in the great US of A get harassed by aggressive cops for what seems like no lawful reason.
The officers only gets aggressive with the man filming once he lets him know everything is on tape and he will be taking it to court. Watch how the cops escalate a nothing situation into a big deal. These cops acted like power hungry, egotistical PIGS!

Me and my friend walked home from another friends house. We split up to go our own ways to our houses. And very aggressively police officers arrest my friend. He is being calm and is completely surprised by what's happening. He did not resist at all. I ran to the scene to record and was immediately treated as a criminal. I complied with everything they said and let them know I know my rights and I was doing nothing wrong. Officer Castillo pats me down asks for my ID I tell him my pocket it is in but he does not listen. He then aggressively grabs my hands put the behind my back and sits me down on the curb. I complied with everything but was still being treated with attitude and as if I was a criminal. The first officer on the scene (I will be getting his name and badge number today when I file my complaint) goes to me in the curb with nothing but an aggressive attitude trying to trick me into thinking I did something wrong. He also kept reaching for my phone that was recording the ordeal. I kept pulling it away saying no sir this is my phone and you have no right to seize it from me. As Castillo was running my information the female cop on the scene also came at me with major attitude (she is known in this town for her attitude) saying I can go to jail for interfering with an investigation which I was not. The first officer then asked me if I had another ID (I explain in the video that I am waiting for my knew one). He reached for my phone again and he turned my recording off. He then told me I will get a ticket for having a mangled ID. I said how is that a crime. My son did that the last time I seen him years ago. They eventually let me go but after the main officer recommended I be detained for the night. He left to his car and Officer Castillo let me go. Also they were almost going to follow me home. Which was less then a block away. Please leave any comments or advice. I am filing complaints this is now the second time they have harassed Gus. He was walking home with his drawing pad and pencils.
