    SOMEONE PLEASE POST THIS MAN'S ID SO HE CAN BE REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES.

    They may not do enough about police brutality to human beings, but this actually shows a psychopathic leaning that needs to be made known before he does some sick, twisted thing to a person - or any other helpless animals coming to him for help...
