FINALLY!! Someone fights back! Dude gets arrested for swearing in public, his friend helps & stands up for the 1st amendment. No one else helps

Minneapolis Hidden Beach -

A couple of friends enjoying the park get harassed by America's park moral police for cussing in public. The police escalate the situation by threatening arrest over free speech. If you don't like to hear someone say fuck, shit, or even fucking shit, then walk the fuck away.

The man and his friend did not pose a threat to anyone, just a threat to the fragile christian minds of the American Sheeple.

We're filming everything BITCH! hahah at 4:02

The citizens in the park shoulda jumped those cops and threw them in the lake before they had the chance to mace the woman and call their buddies! They'll come for WHOMEVER they want and take us away for NO REASON unless we FIGHT BACK! UNITED WE STAND, DIVIDED WE FALL! ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL!!! www.pigtube.org--great site!

  5. as witnessed here: http://www.nytimes.com/2011/07/29/world/asia/29china.html

when concerned citizens speak up for themselves in sufficient numbers, the truth will out. Lodge complaints with relevant parties, less waste of energy than reasoning with anonymous cops trolling here.

  8. I'm staying neutral on this one. Even though there are blood thirsty Nazi Pigs out there, these two antagonized those officers and they are lucky that they didn't get shot. If you are in this situation you are supposed to stay calm, even if you are in the right, not scream and cuss like retards. A judge is going to look at this and nail this couple to the wall. Looks like they are both going to prison for a long time. Retards.

  9. for all of you sheep, that was a wrongful arrest, aka kidnapping.

“Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated: “Where the officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted, the law looks with very different eyes upon the transaction, when the officer had the right to make the arrest, from what it does if the officer had no right. What may be murder in the first case might be nothing more than manslaughter in the other, or the facts might show that no offense had been committed.”'

  10. and as for his girlfriend, well her actions were justified given the circumstances. fuck those pigs.

“One may come to the aid of another being unlawfully arrested, just as he may where one is being assaulted, molested, raped or kidnapped. Thus it is not an offense to liberate one from the unlawful custody of an officer, even though he may have submitted to such custody, without resistance.” (Adams v. State, 121 Ga. 16, 48 S.E. 910).

  11. Would have liked to see how this whole thing actually started. When the video starts the guy that got arrested was already going nuts. You can get arrested for swearing in public because it falls under the disorderly conduct laws that most states have. Any actions that alarm and disturb others in public is disorderly. Most the time I see the cops just let it go and tell people to move on. But this guy was challenging the officers and walking up on them. Ive seen some police go over the line before but not on this video, he got off pretty light.

  12. Regardless of what happened this IS NOT the way to act when arrested by Police Officers in a civilized society. If one feels that they were wrongfully arrested then we have the court system for relief. As for the gentleman recording this, we appreciate the extra evidence to use at court for a conviction.

  13. Most of this site and almost all of you commentators are so ignorant it makes me sick. Did you know in some cities, the one I live in included, it is actually against city ordinance to use obscene (curse words, racial slurs, etc.) language in the presence of women, children, and/or law enforcement officers? Obviously not. If you have a problem with that, take it up with the officials who write the ordinances in your town. As soon as an officer has probable cause that a crime has been committed, in this case cursing, then disobeying their reasonable, lawful commands, such as "put your hands behind your back", is resisting. Also, if a crowd, and/or a person in the crowd, is shouting, making noise, harassing, etc. and it is interfering in any way shape or form with a lawful investigation, that is called OBSTRUCTION and guess what? You can go to jail for that.

And to the moron who made the comment about scholiosis... you are the most ignorant of them all. You work a job where you never know if the person you're talking to has a gun on them, or a knife, or just malicious intent towards you and see how you "cradle" your best defense. Unbelievable...

I totally agree it is the right of citizens to resist unlawful arrests. You should make sure you know it is unlawful though. Cops are humans and make mistakes. Their mistakes cost much more than most jobs. They may cost them legally, their jobs, even their lives. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. You get on here and call them "NAZI Pigs" and they are the first line of defense against true evil in your community. But one probably drunk asshole cusses at them, and they decide to take to jail, and he resists, and you are all running to his defense! Makes me sick.

  14. If any city passes an ordinance which contradicts the first amendment, any supreme court will tell the city it was wrong to do so. Pigs should understand this and defend their citizens inalienable rights. According to the constitution, these cops were making an unlawful arrest, regardless of any local or state laws because federal law supersedes state and local laws. This guy could have defended himself and been cleared in court. Pigs should stick to solving real crimes and leave innocent citizens alone or get fucked. We aren't going to remain docile to your abuses much longer. Time to wise up.

  15. Hey, idiot at 1:01, that local law contradicts federal law in at least two ways. First, you can't make it illegal to say something because women are present, that's discrimination based on sex, a federal no-no. Second, you can't inhibit free speech, it's a violation of the first amendment. Any federal law will overpower a local law or state law. And coming from Albuquerque, I can tell you right now, the cops aren't there to protect you, your gun protects you, the cops show up to get a blowjob, take your "prostitution" money (i.e. any cash you have on hand), and beat you down in cuffs for talking back. It's a national epidemic. Time for a reality check people, this is a police state. I will not allow my country to operate like this anymore. Police needs to know what they can and cannot do, and if they refuse to follow the law, then so will I. Cocked and ready, I am prepared to FIGHT BACK.

  16. You guys need to research the 1st ammendment. Swearing/cursing in public doesn't fall under "free speech". I hope they got what they deserved. Get over yourselves and grow up.

  17. Ordinances, statutes, and codes are NOT laws. If only more people knew how to beat these frivolous charges. If there is no victim, there is no crime.
